You will begin your career with Advantage Personnel as a Entry Level Sales/Recruiter where you will learn to handle all the staffing operations of the branch: Your responsibilities will include:

• Learning the necessary business operations to run the branch
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients by providing world class customer service
• You will be responsible for sales on a daily basis with perspective clients, employees and existing customers
• Assisting the Branch Manager with developing profitable marketing and operational strategies
• Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to hire qualified personnel for assignment
• Performing human resource management duties such as interviewing, screening and providing orientation
• Staffing personnel at a variety of locations, learning all aspects of the many industries we do business withs including healthcare, transportation, Administration/Clerical to name a few
• Analyzing financial reports and editing weekly payroll
• Assisting team members with on-call coverage after business hours

Starting base salary $35,000-$40,000.
