Irving Woodlands LLC, a leader in the East Coast forest products industry known for its commitment to quality products, service and sound environmental management, is seeking a Business Analyst for our Woodlands operation.
Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- In depth financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Participate with the senior management team in identifying and seizing business opportunities, and implementing new business tools.
- Responsible for budgeting and budget process.
Qualifications:
- This is a US Posting so candidates must be able to work in the US.
- Broad knowledge of accounting processes, procedures and software applications.
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Minitab, & PowerPoint, experience with AS400 would be an asset.
- Self starter with demonstrated problem solving abilities and strong communications skills.
- Proven track record of providing thorough and accurate information and analysis.
- Previous experience with continuous improvement processes would be considered an asset
- Previous experience in the forest industry is preferable.
- Previous experience with leading change and projects is desired.
