We are currently seeking a General Labourer for one of our clients in Moncton, New Brunswick. This position is paying $9.00/hour and is located in the Moncton Industrial Park.

Candidates must be available for short term and on call shifts.

Job Description

-Perform a variety of yard duties related to vehicle recovery operation and salvage auction in accordance with established procedures. 

-Complete paperwork related to the uncompleted inventories or preparation for sales in an efficient and accurate manner which includes verifying vehicle information, condition of vehicle, picture images, etc. May include odometer readings. 

-Drive vehicles within storage area. Follow up on quarterly and annual independent inventories to assure proper completion. 

-Keep year and auction area clean and free from debris. Manually pick up and dispose of loose parts such as tires, mufflers, or exhaust pipes. Perform any other cleaning and janitorial duties as directed by supervisor or manager. 

-Perform various pickup and delivery duties such as bank deposits, mail pickup and delivery and other tasks as assigned by supervisor in support of daily auction functions.

Required Skills

-High school diploma or GED preferred. 
-One to three years of auto auction experience preferred.  
-Mechanical ability preferred. 
-Basic computer skills. 
-Ability to move/lift objects up to 50lbs.
-A clean drivers abstract must be supplied for this role.
