We are hiring a Sales Training & Delivery Specialist to join our team.
Job Purpose:
As a member of the SBD Telesales Management Team, this position is responsible for the design and development of all Telesales Training Programs to new and existing Associates across all Telesales US and Canadian locations. This position requires proven experience with Adult Learning Methodologies, outstanding Instructional Design and Development skills, and excellent presentation and coaching skills. The ability to maintain a cooperative learning environment and manage group dynamics is essential.
Responsibilities:
Conduct needs assessments and instructional design plans that lead to the effective and targeted development of all Telesales learning programs.
Deliver all sales, campaign, product, systems, and culture training for Telesales.
Evaluate training success through Click2Coach evaluation identifying gaps and making recommendations for training modules/remedial training
Manage team and internal customer expectations in an ongoing process and travel to the multiple locations throughout the year as necessary to facilitate training
Will own the continual improvements of all training materials and tools throughout the year with direction from the Manager of Sales Training, Development & Performance
Manage multiple projects and tasks, activities and commitments within tight timeframes
Engage in sessions with Telesales Management to audit all post-training participants to evaluate training and identify area for Team Managers to reinforce
Work with direct Manager, Team Managers and Marketing partners to evaluate learning intervention outcomes in relation to associate performance and determine whether programs must be adjusted accordingly

Job Knowledge/Experience Required
• 3-5 years of Training Development and Delivery experience, with strong platform and coaching skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Education or Liberal Arts required
• Strong Facilitation, communication, presentation and writing skills
• Strong knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and Methodologies, as well as Instruction Design and Development strategies
• Demonstrate determination and commitment to produce quality work in given timeframes, including paying appropriate attention to detail
• Microsoft Office proficiency – must be an advanced user of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to interact and form strong relationships with Telesales Management Team and Internal Business Partners
• Willingness to travel at a 30% rate and to work hours as needed to meet deadlines
