Kent Card Associate- 12 Week Term Position

Location: All Box Store Locations

Kent is looking for outgoing associates for our stores who will promote our Kent credit card and acquire new applications. This is a 12 week -16 hour per week- term position. The required hours will be as follows: Friday 6-9, Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 12-5. 

Requirements:

• Will be expected to acquire a minimum number of approved new Kent cards per week.
• In addition to an hourly wage, there is a bonus program in place for this 12 week term.
• Once the minimum card acquisition goal is met each week, a bonus program will take effect. This incentive will be retroactive (see example below).
• Additionally, all approved applications, where the customer has chosen Customer Account Protection (CAP) will receive an additional $2.50 per application.
• Example (where the minimum is 15 cards per week):
• 14 cards = No bonus
• 15 cards = $5 x 15 = $75 bonus
• An additional $5 for each application over & above the 15 card minimum will also be awarded.
• +$2.50 for each application where the customer has chosen CAP.
• Outgoing personality, effective communication skills, both written and verbal; bilingualism would be considered an asset.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be professional and discreet at all times.
