housekeeping, cooking and caregiver responsibilities for three-person household, including one pre-school age child who will be 4 years old in Dec. 2008

| Responsibilities |
• 40 hours per week plus over-time, as needed • one-year commitment (with possibility of renewal for a second year) • light housekeeping

| Requirements |
flexible, mature individual with at least 3-5 years housekeeping/childcare experience, willingness to travel & holder of either a British, EU, American or Canadian passport, excellent housekeeping & laundry skills with solid time management abilities in order to maintain the standards of residence, non-smoker, able to swim, ability to study for & pass Bermuda's written & practical driving test (Bermuda requires all residents to pass the country's own driving exam; employers will pay for employee's driving lessons), ability to pass Bermuda Immigration's health exam (requires chest x-ray, proof of immunizations, routine blood work & note from physician verifying good health)

salary paid in U.S. dollars $450 weekly salary plus $ 80 weekly food benefit = $530/wk. $80 per month - gasoline $80 per month - telephone charges utilities (gas, water, electricity, cable) covered by employers fully paid accommodation in separate flat on family property (has complete kitchen & bathroom) use of car (new) health care (prescriptions, doctor visits & hospitalization) dental & vision (up to $2,000 per year) paid Bermuda national holidays 2 weeks' paid vacation per year return airfare home every 2 years any hours worked exceeding 40 hours per week paid at O/T rate of $17/hour off-island pay: o regular wkly. pay + $50/day (for 8-hour day) o $175 daily rate when on-call 24/7 travel tax favorable for British & Canadian citizens (no taxes) Social Insurance benefits through the Government of Bermuda |
