The Opportunity
Our two Management positions sit one above the other, yet support each other and work as a Team.  Working as a Manager with Priszm will allow you the opportunity to develop your management skills while still having the time to do the things you enjoy.  You'll benefit from our career opportunities and receive rewards and recognition for your efforts.

Assistant General Manager (AGM)
As the right hand to the Restaurant General Manager, you'll assist in managing the restaurant and share responsibility for achieving employee, customer, sales and profit performance goals.

Whether an RGM or AGM, the restaurant's Team Members movements and activities are your responsibility.  You'll ensure they adhere to all health and safety procedures and allocate shift duties to each of them.  You'll also be responsible for the development and training of the Team.
