The Opportunity
Our two Management positions sit one above the other, yet support each other and work as a Team.  Working as a Manager with Priszm will allow you the opportunity to develop your management skills while still having the time to do the things you enjoy.  You'll benefit from our career opportunities and receive rewards and recognition for your efforts.

Restaurant General Manager (RGM)
The smooth running of the restaurant is what this opportunity is all about.  You'll manage its operations the Priszm way and take the lead in achieving employee, customer, sales and profit performance goals.

Serving as a role model to your Assistant General Manager(s), Shift Leader(s) and a group of Team Members, you'll motivate and lead them to work as one so that they achieve great results, rewarding and recognizing their efforts along the way.

You'll act like an owner and have an opportunity to make decisions that impact the overall business results.
