As the Store Manager you will be reporting to your local and accessible District Manager.
You will be responsible for day to day management and operations of the store.
You will be training and hiring staff, scheduling work shifts, and managing the inventory and merchandising. 

• Training and hiring new and current employees.
• Scheduling and organizing the employee schedule.
• Inventory management and merchandising.
• Customer service.
• Commitment to your team and the store.
• Continuous improvement.

• Managerial experience in a retail setting is a requirement.
• Experience in the discount retail (or high volume)
   is desirable.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, busy retail environment.
• Hands on management style!
• Strong communication and people management abilities.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines.
• Focus on Customer Service.  
• Must be available to work long hours on occasion, and cover shifts.
