They are currently seeking a Commercial Service Representative. Reporting to the Commercial Service Manager, you will promote and sell commercial lending services.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and control assigned portion of loan portfolio; conduct interviews with client to identify financial needs.
• Grant commercial, mortgage, and other loan applications such as lines of credit and overdrafts within approved lending limits and guidelines.
• Collect and compile information and analyze financial statements, operating cycles, cash flow, and historical performance of business, profitability and personal net worth of shareholders to assess credit worthiness.
• Conduct security evaluation and risk assessment for each client.
• Participate in the development and support achievement of sales targets and marketing plans.
• Cross-sell all products; develop new customer relations; foster business development through service excellence and product knowledge.
• Actively pursue opportunities to grow commercial portfolio, including developing business opportunities and marketing financial products and services.
• Provide a high level of personalized service.
• Network within the business community in Greater Moncton to develop business.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/degree in Business Administration or Commerce
• Minimum 2 years of job related experience or an equivalent combination of education and financial/customer service experience
• Results oriented with proven ability to deliver sales targets
• Excellent understanding of financial analysis; P & L’s, lending, credit
• Ability to negotiate contract terms
• Must be bondable (Criminal and credit checks required)
