We have recently opened another franchise in Truro and we are looking for good candidates to work in our office in Truro and throughout Nova Scotia.

Our agents do not work for a particular lender so they can offer unbiased advice to their clients.
 
The current positions that we are offering will be based out of our Truro office. However, the successful applicants will have the opportunity of choosing where they want to work throughout the province. There is no cold calling involved in these positions as we have a team of telemarketers. Leads will be provided to you and your support will come from the manager, who works in the Truro office, as well as the rest of our growing team. 
 
Due to the amount of applications that we will be receiving, please keep in mind we are looking for applicants with one of the following backgrounds: 

• Finance company 
• Banking 
• Outbound Call Center 
• Other type of Sales employment 
• Recent college graduate

We are also looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• Strong Sales Ability. 
• Good verbal and written communication skills. 
• Must be flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced business environment.
• Some night time and weekend work is necessary 

Compensation: (2 options)
 
Salary + commission for the right candidate
 
OR
 
Commission. We believe we offer one of the best compensation plans in the Atlantic Provinces.

Our compensation package includes top splits for finder's fee, application fees and mortgage insurance product.
