CNA-Qatar offers a comprehensive suite of preparatory technician, technologist and post-diploma programs within the Business Studies, Health Sciences, Engineering Technology, Industrial Trades, and Information Communications Technology programs.  We also enjoy many corporate training and contract initiatives. 

Duties:  The successful candidate will be part of the Finance team at CNA-Qatar and work with functional users to optimize the use of our PeopleSoft systems. S/he will be: a critical team member for future expansion of the College’s system; responsible for gathering data, performing functional analysis of requirements, design and system configuration; act as the central knowledge source on all PeopleSoft development projects; liaise with functional departments and the software developers; coordinate all levels of the finance system and end users’ testing and acceptance;  work with process owners on re-engineering business processes supported by PeopleSoft; act as the super users within functional areas; provide first level support to the functional department; and responsible for the maintenance of system documentation and PeopleSoft operational procedures.

Qualifications:  The successful candidate should have several years of experience working in a ERP environment in Student Administration, Human Resources, or Finance. S/he will be required to have two years work experience, preferably as a Functional Analyst, but candidates with extensive experience as a departmental power user will be considered. The candidate must have excellent organizational, and communications skills as well as the ability to act a mentor to functional users. It is critical that the candidate can demonstrate his/her ability to work as part of a project team. Knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools is desirable and experience working in PeopleSoft development or implementation environment is an asset. These skills are normally acquired through the completion of a relevant undergraduate degree supplemented with appropriate recent experience in a senior role within a PeopleSoft environment.
