Their Management Team is seeking a Commercial Manager with proven experience managing top corporate accounts. As part of the Management Team, you will be responsible to direct and control the commercial activities including account administration, credit extension and business development functions in accordance to established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manages the daily activities of the commercial loan function including commercial credit, asset quality and financial counseling.
- Develops new and revises existing commercial and personal loan policies, programs, products and procedures to best meet customer service and organizational goals.
- Interviews, analyzes and completes credit applications for new and existing customer owner accounts.
- Provides leadership and guidance to the lending staff on the commercial lending function.
- Provides input into the Credit Union’s strategic plan; designs and implements the Commercial departmental plan and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Full knowledge of financial products and service offerings
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with ability to provide departmental leadership
- Strong negotiation skills, self motivator and manager
- Ability to build profile in the local business community
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of risk management practices
- University degree with a concentration in business or equivalent experience will be considered
