Exciting career opportunities are available in our dynamic team-spirited environment.  We are currently seeking 2 highly motivated fulltime Bilingual Wyndham Rewards Customer Service Representatives to work in our Saint John location. As a Wyndham Rewards Representative, you will be empowered with the challenge of meeting and exceeding performance objectives, which include: quality of service, productivity, efficiency, and teamwork. Hours of Operation are Monday – Friday from 7am-12am, Saturday & Sunday from 7am – 7 pm.

You will be handle incoming calls from current and/or potential Wyndham Rewards members. On occasion, you may respond, either by phone through written correspondence, to customer and property inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, answering questions and resolving problems accurately and efficiently.  You will verify accounts and expiration dates for members and properties.  You will be required to maintain strong knowledge of membership benefits, awards options, the hospitality industry, and the reservation systems to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. You will provide membership growth while capturing other revenue opportunities within the Wyndham Worldwide umbrella.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in both written and verbal communication in both French and English
  • A minimum of two (2) years of solid customer service experience
  • Superior communication skills including professional telephone etiquette and written correspondence
  • Superior customer service skills are required
  • A demonstrated ability to negotiate, solve problems, and make decisions
  • A proactive individual with strong time management skills
  • A high level of integrity and accountability is absolutely essential
  • Proficiency using PC /Windows /Internet applications
