Our Moncton Office is currently recruiting English and Bilingual positions for:
- Part Time and Full Time Customer Service Positions
- Full Time Technical Support Positions
Part Time Hours (minimum of 10 hours/week up to a maximum of 20 hours/week)
- Monday to Friday 6pm – 10pm
- Saturday 11am - 7pm
Full Time Hours (Maximum of 37.5 hours/week)
- Monday to Friday 9am – 8pm
- Saturday 10am – 6pm
Operational Hours for Full Time Technical Support Positions (Maximum of 37.5 hours/week)
- Monday to Sunday 9am – 1am

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows based applications
- Call center experience and sales an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, reliable, and able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors Answer inbound calls with guidelines established by the client and call center management
Abilities:
- Must demonstrate flexibility, be a self-starter, and thrives in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
