- Full time: Monday to Friday - shifts between 10 am - 12 am and Saturday 11 am – 7 pm; Available to work rotating schedules: days, evenings and weekends
- Part time: Monday to Friday - shifts between 10 am - 12 am and Saturday 11 am – 7 pm; Must be available to meet minimum requirement of 20 hrs/wk; scheduling done based on your availability

As a Bilingual, English/Quebecois French Interviewer at Blue Ocean Contact Centers, you will conduct Market Research surveys using computer software (training provided). If you are curious by nature and detail oriented, we invite you to consider the fast-paced, dynamic industry of market research. Market research provides feedback to our various clients in order to develop marketable products/services to build or maintain their competitive edge.
Your major responsibilities will be:
- To conduct market research surveys on a variety of topics with eligible respondents
- Follow a script and accurately record responses
- To remain unbiased throughout the call
- To comply with established Market Research guidelines
- To quickly and effectively assess and resolve challenging situations
As a successful applicant, you must:
- Have excellent communication and listening skills
- Possess customer service skills and experience
- Have a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm
- Have a superior command of the Quebecois French as well as the English language
- Enjoy switching between different projects on short notice
- Thrive when working within deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Are able to remain unbiased and not offer any personal opinions
- Deal well with rejection
- Are happy to work in a scent aware environment and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with our business casual dress code
