Job Description:

Develop and motivate customer service representatives to ensure established call centre metrics, service delivery standards and company policies and procedures are achieved

Requirements:

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in a customer service or sales environment
• Experience organizing, motivating and directing a team of customer service representatives
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
• Computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office, Internet Explorer and email applications
• Excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Written and spoken French language skills an asset
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent related experience
• Ability to support business need by working a variety of rotating shifts including days, evenings and weekends
