Wages:

Wages ranging from $11.85 to $12.80/hr. Candidates with over 1 year contact centre experience, formal training or certifications in the customer service field can potentially start at $12.80/hr.

Weekends and Statutory Holidays off

Hours of Operation are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to Midnight.

• Location: Moncton Customer Service Centre

Requirements

The successful candidate will be able to perform administrative duties, communicate well with others and perform well in a fast-paced environment.  In addition, a combination of sales and customer service skills are an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming customer phone calls regarding:
  • Rates
  • Brokerage inquiries
  • Size & weight
  • Features of service
  • Hazardous materials
  • Tracing and claims
  • Billing and collection procedures
  • Processing pick up orders
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Any other phone inquiries
• Communicate internally with operating centers and other departments regarding service
• Demonstrate general knowledge of UPS package distribution and the Customer Service function in particular
