Our client, Irving Oil Limited, is currently looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Saint John.
In this role you will provide customer service by taking information for orders of heating oil, propane, and diesel and forwarding information as required.
Provide point of contact for the customers of Irving Oil and excellence in service through verifying and updating customer account information, trouble-shooting and/or solving account related problems, managing the needs of displeased callers, escalating issues as appropriate. Answering general inquiries, and up selling products and services.
You will also be required to process returned mail in relation to responding to customer requests/inquiries and account maintenance. Processing of customer payments via other payment options. Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance departmental productivity.
The shifts will be Monday to Friday, all shifts will finish by 7:30pm each evening, start times will vary.
We are looking for candidates with a completion of secondary school.
Company experience is an asset, customer service experience, and knowledge of business procedures an asset.
Ability to work well within a team environment is required.Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Problem solving and decision making is necessary. Negotiation skills required. Sales background an asset. Computer skills are required.
Must be bilingual (English & French)
