We are currently searching for a Technical Support Team Manager. This position will be based out of Woodstock. The Technical Support Team Manager reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Technical Support Representatives to achieve the company's financial objectives, customer value targets and employee satisfaction indexes. He/she will analyze reports and call centre system to ensure optimal performance of overall contact centre as well as individual team Managers.

Other key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting coaching sessions and performance reviews according to standards, provide feedback on quality assurance, and track attendance management and incentives
• Assist with workload prioritization and resolution of customer issues
• Acts as a key customer and employee advocate in partnership with other departments

The ideal candidate will possess a well-developed technical knowledge, a minimum of two years supervisory experience, excellent leadership and communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills. He/she will demonstrate the ability to handle customer escalations, allocation and prioritization of workload and a focus on maximizing the team's efficiencies. In addition, the Team Manager will be analytical, with the ability to resolve problems in a prompt and efficient manner, can demonstrate an attention to detail, proficient with Microsoft Office. Bilingualism (French/English) would be considered a significant asset.

This position will cover shifts within the current scheduled rotation. The schedule is subject to change based on business requirements and the need of the business to ensure that performance standards and service levels are met.
