We are currently seeking a full time Bilingual Customer Service Representative for our client in Dartmouth.  Reporting to the Director of Customer Service the successful candidate will provide quality customer service to this reputable company's strong and diverse client base.  Please note that this opportunity is not for a contact center. 

Responsibilities include:

• Inputting new orders into operating system, and communicate product status while providing top notch customer service to all client inquiries,
• Inputting and follow up for all orders and deliveries,
• Liaise with numerous members of different departments to resolve client issues, as well as consistently gather new information to pass along to the client.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Both English and French is essential,
• Two years customer service/sales experience,
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong time management skills,
• High level of computer literacy.
