We are currently seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in the Toronto Area, who speak fluent English and Russian to handle inbound calls for our clients while providing outstanding service to their customers. We pride ourselves on the exceptional customer service our team provides.
 
Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to speak fluent English and Russian
• Good problem solving
• Basic computer and typing skills (approximately 30wpm)
• Experience in Customer Service an asset
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work shift work
