We are currently seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives throughout New Brunswick, who speak fluent English and German to handle inbound calls for our clients while providing outstanding service to their customers. We pride ourselves on the exceptional customer service our team provides.

There is a possibility for these Customer Service Representatives to work from home after an initial training period.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to speak fluent English and fluent German/Italian
• Good problem solving
• Basic computer and typing skills (approximately 30wpm)
• Experience in Customer Service an asset
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to work shift work
