We have an opening for an Intermediate/Senior Environmental Site Assessment and Remediation Engineer/Scientist for our International Operations team based in our Dartmouth, NS office.
The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Director for International Operations and work as part of an international project team focused on providing environmental consulting services for the oil and gas industry.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Masters degree in an environmental engineering or science field and 5 to 8 years of consulting experience. Candidates will also have a professional designation (e.g., P.Eng. or P.Geo.) or be working towards it. Must have experience in Phase II and Phase III environmental site assessment and remediation services, particularly related to petroleum hydrocarbon contamination. Responsibilities include project management, technical coaching and mentoring, supervision of project staff, proposal and report writing, client interaction, and business development. Arabic speaking language skills considered an asset.
Significant international travel and/or overseas postings will be required.
