Responsibilities and Scope:
- Thoroughly identify the client/candidate needs, options and solutions.
- Maintain an active sourcing and recruiting program to identify top talent to address client’s requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationship with existing client/candidates, potential clients/candidates in order to brand Kelly Permanent Division and increase profitability.
- Effectively manage the full placement process in a timely and professional manner to ensure client requirements and expectations are exceeded.
- Consult and guide the candidate throughout the placement process enabling them to make a sound career decision.
- Conduct and active marketing program to attract and develop new business.

- Proactive, resourceful multi-tasker, who is results and solutions driven
- Ethical negotiator with the ability to communicate and influence decisions at various levels including senior management
- Computer literacy
- Responsible for conducting interviews each week with potential candidates, with the goal of placing them with our clients.
- Accountable for generating new orders through direct marketing, skill marketing, client/candidate referral.
- Conduct marketing calls each day to potential, new and existing clients to generate business.
- Conduct a minimum of one site visit per week with potential or new clients in order to develop strong business relationship and assess work environment.
- Assess all orders and ensure that only viable orders within core business are actively being worked.
- Negotiate service fee (based on Kelly Fee structure), send service agreement and ensure that signed agreement or email confirming acceptance of service fee is in the client file prior to commencing search.
