Our client has an immediate opportunity for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, in their Lower Kent County office. The successful professional will be a mature, highly motivated individual seeking a great career opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Telephone management including answering the phone, redirecting calls and voicemail.
- Perform general office services: photocopying, filing, sending facsimiles, mailing correspondence.
- Accounting – AR, AP, bank reconciliations and other duties as required.
- Manage and control the purchase and distribution of office supplies.
- Make recommendations for purchase/lease and maintenance of office equipment.
- Email and calendar management.
- Book and coordinate meetings, organize logistics and materials for internal and external meetings.
- First point of contact for clients.
- Handle confidential information as required.
- Coordination of filing system and all documents.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluently bilingual.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Administrative Support role.
- Proficient Microsoft office skills are fundamental to your success.
- Accounting basics accompanied with experience.
- A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is imperative for this role.
- Meticulous attention to detail, and maintaining company standards.
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced results-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Must possess strong decision making ability as well as problem solving skills.
