Job Description:
Responsible for various office duties and assist Administrator for the requirements of company business.
Job Responsibilities:
Main office reception to assist on greeting both public and company employees to office.
Daily office requirements include; Answering telephones, directing calls and providing information as required, opening and distributing mail, ordering and receiving office supplies, equipment service, monthly financial reporting, reporting bi-weekly, accounts receivable and accounts payable, banking, managing office files ( both creating and archiving), revision of company manuals and procedures as required
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to demonstrate initiative; work accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Completion of a postsecondary education; with a concentration in Office administration.
Proficient knowledge of computer software including; Windows, MS Office Suite, Accounting, such as Simply and AccPac.
