The Position – Receptionist
We have an immediate opening for a Receptionist in our St. John's office. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist's responsibilities include the following:
- Answer and forward all telephone calls;
- Greet visitors;
- Prepare accounts payable vouchers;
- Sort, file and fax proof of deliveries;
- Receive, sort and distribute mail in the office;
- Maintain spreadsheets;
- Sort invoices; and
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years as a receptionist or in an administrative role;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Pleasant personality; and
- Excellent communication skills.
