Essential Qualifications and Experience

• College diploma in Business or Technology program, or equivalent
• Two years experience in configuration management, production engineering or document control environment
• Working knowledge of configuration management guidelines and standards
• Familiar with ERP (SAP) material master/product structure an asset
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Familiar with engineering documentation
• Experience in data management processes beneficial
• Energetic team player with excellent communications, administrative and organization skills
• Must be eligible to meet requirement for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and Canadian government security clearances

Description Of Duties

• Provide technical support for configuration management tasks for assigned programs
• Tasks may include:
  • Review, analyze proposed design changes described in approved ARs and prepare ECRs for CCB review and approval
  • Prepare, coordinate approval, release and maintain Material Masters in SAP
  • Scan, upload approved for release engineering data into CM controlled directories
  • Maintain engineering release records, as plan/built logs and program status information
  • Schedule, conduct, and follow-up of Change Control Board meetings
  • Other general configuration management duties as required.
