Are you at ease in a hectic industrial environment?

Our client, a well known leader in its industry, requires an Accounts Payable Clerk/Office Administrator to perform the day-to-day processing of A/P transactions to ensure that all finances are maintained and up to date and perform general office duties.

Daily activities will include: data entry, cheque runs, vendor account reconciliations, front counter vendor cheques and invoices, payment and invoicing of customers, printing cheques, preparing adjustments, ensuring proper coding, quarterly IFTA filing and general office duties including customer service.

You are ideal for this position if you are a team player with at least one year experience with accounts payable and general office administration, have an eye for detail, and are a multi-tasker comfortable in an industrial environment.
