The candidates we are looking for will have the following qualifications:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and develop business applications; multi-tiered web and client server applications
• Work from detailed specifications to design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality software solutions
• Train end users to install and use developed applications
• Demonstrate understanding of business processes and how technology enables those processes

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong knowledge of Web technologies (CSS, HTML, PHP, JavaScript)
• A degree from a recognized IT and/or design school or college
• Experience working with CMS systems (Joomla, Drupal, WordPress)
• Solid Understanding of Best Practices related to Web Usability, and Web user Experience
• Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Must be familiar with Usability Issues and informan testing
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft development and database tools
• Exceptional Portfolio of web development projects
