Job Description This position will provide system and technical support to all computer users in this organization and will help to ensure efficient operations of their owned or leased equipment.
Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position will include:

- Provide Helpdesk support and end-user assistance including problem resolution, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware or software for example: Lotus notes, Amicus, MS Office Suite, PC Law, Divorcemate, Phone System, Adobe, Publisher, etc.
- Provide support to the Legal Services staff with software setup
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of leased and owned computer equipment
- Maintain company software and notify appropriate staff when renewals are due
- Update company website by adding new media releases, opening and closing job postings accordingly and inserting new publications/brochures in relation to the company's information
- Update and maintain internal site (intranet)
- Provide technical support for those using the Interview Room Equipment
- Monitor the system for viruses and take corrective action as necessary

Additional Duties may be required of the System Support Technician
Requirements - Completion of Computer Science and Information Technology Diploma
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes and MS Access is a MUST
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in addition to other administrative requirements
- An ability to pick up on software in a self-directed format
- The ability to provide timely solutions to employees regarding a variety of software and hardware difficulties

Compensation 31k - 35k ($15-$17.50/hr)
