The Halifax branch of The People Bank is currently recruiting for Technical Customer Service Representatives, for our client located in Bedford. These are temporary opportunities with a minimum duration of 1 month with a potential for a continuation.
This opportunity requires providing outstanding client service while assessing client needs, answering client questions, trouble shooting and solving customer problems in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated employment experience in a customer service role, possess strong communication skills, previous work experience in a call centre environment in technical/trouble shooting role would be considered to be an asset. Experience troubleshooting email applications such as POP3, IMAP and SMTP and Microsoft Office products are also assets to this role.
Additional requirements include successful completion of relevant post-secondary training, having a positive and a professional attitude, as well as a strong aptitude for technical concepts. Shift work is required as well as availability for shifts in this 24/7 environment.
