Position Description:

The Partner Resource Manager is responsible to deliver new/updated Partner Solutions to the Global Solutions Directory and grow the project pipeline and drive Partner program referrals through an assigned account base.   The successful incumbent will also provide subject matter expertise on the assigned brand/program to the rest of the Partner Resource Management Team. 

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years working in an IT implementation support role in a Business to Business environment;
• Minimum of 2 years successfully managing an assigned account base to deliver metrics;
• Possess a strong understanding of the IT Industry and an understanding of the process of Software Development;
• Knowledge of IBM Software and Hardware Products;
• Demonstrated ability to logically understand Business Partner IT software development needs and ability to match them to Client offerings;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Working knowledge of MS Excel;
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate time management skills.
