Responsibilities -To Manage a team of Service Technicians throughout the Lower mainland.
-To achieve goals for the team in: profit, Cost per copy, Average response time,
-Preventative Maintenance attainment, copies between calls, callbacks, reschedules
-Monitor territory and manpower requirements
-Ensure adequate training of all personnel
-Ensure all personnel receive proper support
-Prepare Performance Evaluations of assigned Technical Representative and prepare formal Performance Appraisals (RPM) on a Buena basis
-Develop specific goals and targets for all direct reports
-Motivate all personnel to ace personal and team goals
-Visit problem accounts with assigned Technical Representative when appropriate
-Monitor customer inquires and/or complaints and to ensure investigation and resolutions of incurred problems
-Conduct interviews of job applicants as required
-Ensure that all assigned Technical Representatives maintain equipment in a professional manner
Requirements -Post Secondary or equivalent experience
-Minimum 3 years in a position with similar responsibility
-Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Superior planning and organizational skills
-Exacting attention to detail
-Team builder who is committed to a team approach
-Valid driver's license and vehicle is mandatory
-Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada
Compensation 51k - 60k
Compensation and Benefits Details Base salary plus commission. We offer a great benefits package.
