Working in a modern office environment that is technology-oriented and well-equipped, You will provide Remote Systems Administration and Support for our clients's Application, H/W, S/W, Network, DICOM, etc.

| Responsibilities |
- Providing remote systems administration to customer sites - Providing remote software support and analysis to customers - Diagnosing software and hardware malfunctions and working with other members of the support team and software development groups to identify and resolve problems - Traveling, on occasion, to customer sites to provide on-site support - Maintaining a highly professional and customer centric focus

| Requirements |
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Experience administering Windows and Unix operating systems - Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and routing - Knowledge of Oracle administrative tasks for support of Oracle 8I databases - Highly developed organizational skills and time management ability - Ability to learn quickly in a high pace, challenging environment
Education:
- Bachelor of computer Science, Engineering or Computer Technology background
