We are looking for Civil Engineering Technologists to join our team in the St. John's, NL office.
You will work with engineers and other technicians performing general geotechnical duties.   For projects in Labrador West and the East Coast of the island in particular

Duties will consist of both field and laboratory work including:

• Conduction of full range of laboratory tests in soils/concrete/asphalt lab
• Concrete testing
• Compaction monitoring
• Asphalt inspection
• Construction quality control/quality assurance
• Test pit and borehole logging
• Contractor supervision
• Proposal and report assistance
• Other general field related duties

Successful candidates will have a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent.

Previous experience is preferred; however recent graduates in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or undergraduates with at least one year in a Civil Engineering Diploma program are also encouraged to apply.
Candidates should be energetic team players with a commitment to superior client service.

You must also be able to work under minimum supervision, have a lot of initiative and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

A valid Driver's License is required.
