As a Senior Program Manager, your ability to plan and execute engineering projects at the development stage will be called upon, as Ultra introduces new and exciting products. We are searching for the following capabilities to complement competencies in managing, team building and leadership;

• Planning and execution of engineering development projects
• Accurate forecasting, control and reporting of project costs
• Identification, management and reporting of project risks and mitigations
• Ensuring projects meet all internal and external engineering and quality standards
• Management of subcontractors and procurement
• Resource planning
• Line management of project personnel
• Acting as the principal point of contact for each customer and management of expectations
  

Your experience will reflect product development, technical engineering and demonstrated risk and financial management.
