Reporting to the Team Leader, Claims Services, the Appraiser is responsible for reviewing and monitoring photo image appraisals from preferred repair shops on damage to insured’s vehicles, as well as liaising with the Company’s repair shops.  The Appraiser will also be responsible for pursuing the most cost-effective avenue for repairs, preparing estimates and negotiating with repair shops.Bilingualism (French & English) is a strong asset. Direct experience either appraising auto damages or working in an autobody shop or completion of technical courses related to appraising and evaluating physical auto damages is required.
