Our client, an industry leader that provides a full service customer interactive solution to a wide array of clients, has an immediate need for a Sales Manager. In this role you will lead a sales division and manage a team of sales professionals. You will be responsible for liaising with community partners, collaborating with the marketing department, and acting as a cultural leader for internal clients, the sales team, and customers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing competitive sales strategies to meet and exceed targets and motivate the team to maintain a culture of performance and service unparalleled in the marketplace.

The successful candidate will likely have a post-secondary education in Business or a related field and previous experience managing a sales team. You have a successful track record in achieving targets and team results. Ideally you are a collaborative leader with experience recruiting staff as well as setting targets and objectives. You are also a sensible leader who can adjust your methodology to achieve peak team performance.
