Responsibilities:

• Requirements analysis.
• Provide input on level of effort.
• Application design and development.
• Unit testing, code review, and peer review.
• Technical documentation.
• Bug fixes and maintenance.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years web development.
• 3+ years Java.
• 2+ years database development.
• Strong knowledge of object oriented concepts.
• Strong work ethic and a team player.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience developing Flash applications.
• Experience with ActionScript 3.0.
• Experience with Struts, Hibernate, and Spring.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Experience using Eclipse and Subversion.
• Experience with software-as-a-service.
• Experience with Agile techniques.
