Key responsibilities

• You enjoy helping others and contributing to the team's success. You are resourceful, reliable and an ambassador, oriented towards results and fun. Customers and Associates can count on you, as well as your Store Manager.
• You will assist the Store Manager in the management of the store (sales, merchandising, customer service) and will be in charge of the Store when s/he is not there.

Candidate's profile

• 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role
• Passion for customer service
• Autonomy, initiative and resourcefulness
• Interpersonal communication, teamwork
• Drive, motivation and positive attitude
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, flexibility
• Coaching ability
• Management of priorities, sense of organization
• Great understanding of retail and/or fuel industry
• Fluency in English,  French an asset
