Our client is currently seeking an Engineering Project Manager who is enthusiastic, customer focused and a self-disciplined team player who thrives in a fast paced environment. This position offers an excellent full-time opportunity for a career minded individual.

The ideal candidate has proven his leadership skills with five years experience of successful project management of commercial construction, has very good knowledge in structural, electrical and mechanical design combined with a good knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Architectural Desktop.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing all aspects of projects from the order to the delivery
• Conceptualizing and designing commercial accommodations
• Providing electrical and mechanical design expertise
• Coordinating and managing design sub-contractors
• Managing the engineering drawings and the material flow to the production lines.
