Reporting to the Production Manager, this position, based in St. George, New Brunswick will provide coaching, guidance and leadership / direction to the operational / production staff. 

Position requires a high attention to detail and quality, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet cost and schedule requirements.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with experience in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and must possess a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience and have good computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office will be considered an asset.
