Document Management Services Supervisor
We are currently seeking applications for the position of a Document Management Services Supervisor to lead the Document Management Team. Continuous improvement, policies and standards are the primary focus of our team and we collaborate with and support our project stakeholders.
Duties:
- Develop and communicate strategy for the document management processes
- Develop annual and five year plans to support the vision and strategy
- Create and foster a culture that recognize the value of document management processes
- Mentor other Supervisors and foster collaborative approach to executing strategy
- Develop and implement team Key Performance Indicators
- Manage departmental budget
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite applications
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of records management principles including issues relating to management of business records in paper and electronic formats
- Minimum five years experience in a comparable role
- Able to demonstrate familiarity with regulatory requirements
- Strong negotiation, communication (verbal and written) and people skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to influence others
- Bachelor of Business Administration or a post secondary education in a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Must have demonstrated experience in business process improvement
- Must have experience leading change management initiatives
- Must have experience working in an industrial environment.
