As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will:

• Possess previous customer service experience in a call/contact center environment
• Answer telephones in a friendly manner and perform excellent customer care
• Obtain customer background information as well as problem information
• Dispatch technicians
• Escalate specialized technical problems to a specialist
• Assist customers in ordering supplies and managing their account inquiries (such as billing, installation dates and service history)
• Be dependable and able to handle customer situations and temperaments while performing repetitive tasks
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to establish rapport and trust with a large client base
• Must have a minimum of a high school diploma
• Must be bilingual (English/French)

The full time hours for these positions are Monday – Friday, anywhere from 8:00 am – 11:00 pm.  Extensive paid training is also provided.
