As a Senior Consultant you will:


-Develop and manage client relationships
-Conduct interviews and workshops
-Develop solutions to deliver pertinent answers to our clients' challenges
-Prepare recommendation reports and analyses
-Plan and manage projects
-Develop new approaches and concepts within your area of expertise
-Participate in Deloitte growth and development initiatives



-Superb problem solving skills and logical thinking ability
-Superior verbal and written communication skills
-Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials (preferably a technical undergrad degree e.g. Computer Science, Engineering)
-Post graduate degree and/or a professional designation is an asset
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any of the following key subject areas with an additional 2 to 5 years experience in other IT related disciplines:
-IT Strategy and Planning
-Enterprise Architecture
-Solution Architecture Development
-IT Operations and Management (CMM, ITIL)
-IT Governance
-IT Sourcing (including outsourcing, off-shoring)
-IT Portfolio, Program and Project Management (ValIT, PPM)
-IT Project Delivery (SDLC)
-Technology Management Consulting

-Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
-Have demonstrated strong interest in IT strategy, IT planning, value management, project management, infrastructure and/or applications architecture, sourcing or IT transformation
-PMP Certification will be considered as an asset
-Excellent teamwork skills
-Synthesis and analysis skills
-Motivation in learning new things
-Canadian travel required; occasional international travel
-Candidates must be able to enter the USA to work on client assignments
