Night Client Services Attendant

Reporting to the Health Services Manager, the Client Services Attendant will provide direct care to clients in our newly opened Special Care Residence or Traditional Retirement Living residence.

Responsibilities of the position will include:

• Primarily responsible for assisting in the delivery of individualized health services to each client.
• Works to provide necessary services as outlined in the individualized care plans for all clients, primarily focused on the clients requiring assisted living.
• Works as part of the interdisciplinary care team consisting of the Resident Services Manager, Dietary Staff and Housekeeping staff.

We require:

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Home Support or Personal Care Worker or equivalent education an asset.
• Previous experience in working with the elderly in retirement living or senior's environment an asset.
• CPR Certification an asset.
• Medication supervision/administration education an asset.
• Alzheimer's Care Course an asset.
• Food Handlers Course an asset.
