Key responsibilities

• You are often called a natural leader. You are interested in management, and your sense of ownership is equal to your results orientation. Customer service is your motto. You are passionate and want to engage in a great journey.
• You will manage all store aspects (sales, merchandising, people management) to optimize your store results, while creating a unique experience for your customers on a daily basis.

Candidate's profile

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
• Passion for customer service
• Decision-making ability
• Interpersonal communication, teamwork
• Drive, motivation and positive attitude
• Leadership, mobilization
• Management of priorities, sense of organization
• Great understanding of retail and/or fuel industry
• Fluency in English,  French an asset
