| Job Description |
As the Manager you will be "Everything to Everyone" ... you do what it takes to get the job done!
- manage upwards of 20 staff per shift
- customer service and quality assurance
- hostessing/room service delivery/bar fill-in duties as needed
- call orders at the pass/prep trays and run food as needed
- handle all complaints and provide customer satisfaction
- report daily activities/incidents to General Manager
- monitor labour costs and responsible for labour costs
- post all side duties and follow up with servers to ensure completion
- motivating staff
- ordering and inventory |
| Requirements |
- must have 3+ years working in a restaurant setting
- proven leadership qualities and abilities
- exceptional multi tasking skills
- ability to process paperwork
- experience in training and staff supervision a definate asset
- Some French Verbal Skills Required |
| Compensation and Benefits Details |
